We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it.
For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at proshop@kravmaga.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.
CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICY
All of our products are made to order, especially for you. Orders are usually sent to production on the same day the order is placed. If you wish to cancel or change to your order before it is sent to production please email proshop@kravmaga.com as soon as possible. Include your name and order number in the email.
Once your order has gone to production, we cannot issue a cancellation or change to the order. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

PRODUCT ORDERS REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.
HOWEVER: We want to provide you with a quality experience. In certain circumstances, we may be able to initiate a refund and/or exchange the item. We are not able to refund shipping costs already paid, REFUNDS only extend to the item cost including taxes.
REFUND/RETURN PROCESS
ALL CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED ONLINE.

1. In the Email field, enter the same email address used for your purchase, then click Continue.
2. Go to your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store if needed.
6. Click "Request Return", and you'll receive an email completing the return request.
7. Then drop off your items with the front desk staff at either Krav Maga Los Angeles center and show your completed return email. Your return will be completed with 1-2 days.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES ON MY ORDER IF I’M LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
